Troublesome Washing Machine

Late Saturday afternoon, your service technician showed up at my door to check on a troublesome washing machine.
I am writing this letter to let you know what a good experience it was. He was courteous - knowledgeable - patient with all my questions and over the shoulder curiosity.
Rob was one of the BEST service persons I have had the pleasure of meeting.
You are a lucky company to have him on your staff.

Thank you for the service to our Samsung dishwasher, two weeks ago. I want to tell you that the repair worked. We had to wait a few days to see if the overflow valve would dry out after the repairman left. He wanted us to let him know if it worked.
Also, I'd like to say that he was professional and courteous.

Last year we had Rob & Justin work on our microwave which had caused us problems for some time - both were very cordial and knew their way around the appliance.
Their charges were reasonable and the work well done.

Dear Sir/Madame, Let this serve as a note of thanks for the service we received May 14th when we called to have our refrigerator examined. Your serviceman arrived and set about quickly to assess the problem and apply a remedy. We asked dozens of questions while he worked and pretty much got in his way with our curiosity. Nonetheless, he was patient with us and answered all we wanted to know about the 'fridge. Your fellow worked quickly and well, and the end bill was very fair. She had some work done at her home and when she presented the cheque to have the name filled in, it was returned to her with the words "Merry Christmas" written in where "RTC" would have gone.
