Dear Sir/Madame, Let this serve as a note of thanks for the service we received May 14th when we called to have our refrigerator examined. Your serviceman arrived and set about quickly to assess the problem and apply a remedy. We asked dozens of questions while he worked and pretty much got in his way with our curiosity. Nonetheless, he was patient with us and answered all we wanted to know about the 'fridge. Your fellow worked quickly and well, and the end bill was very fair. I hope you are going to be in business for awhile because I intend to recommend your company when I can. Thanks again for the good service.
Our refrigerator recently broke down. We were told it would not be able to be fixed until next Tuesday or possibly Monday. As we were going on vacation, we were concerned. To our surprise we receive a call this morning that the technician would be here shortly with the part. We just wanted to pass on kudos to both you and your employee for the excellent service. She had nothing but good things to say on how well she was treated. She just wanted us to know because the customer service has been lacking in the last years all over and show was so pleased to find a company with such good customer services. Dear Folks: It has come to my attention that you have been a "Good Samaritan" to one of my congregants. She had some work done at her home and when she presented the cheque to have the name filled in, it was returned to her with the words "Merry Christmas" written in where "RTC" would have gone.
